The Journey

7 Years.
Thousands of Teachers.
One Stage.

Since 2020, The Fresh Look Africa has been transforming how African educators teach. In 2027, we're bringing that energy, knowledge and community to life for the first time in person — all in one room, one day, in Lagos.

Hundreds of teachers filling a conference hall, hands raised, as a speaker on stage leads the room under 'The Teacher Experience — Reignite. Rebuild. Rise.' banner.
A teacher walking into the conference venue as the crowd behind her celebrates on the lit stage.
Three TFLA team members celebrating on stage, arms out, smiling at the packed audience.
